Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
