Refund Policy

At CoreFlex Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return Email us at coreflex.fitness7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
